Return & Exchange Window

Q: What is your return and exchange policy?
You can submit a return or exchange request within 30 days of receipt. To ensure the product can be resold, the returned item must be unused, unwashed, free from odors, stains, and damage, and retain the original tags (if applicable) and packaging (if applicable). If you use the prepaid return label we provide, a $10 return label fee will be deducted from your refund amount. If you choose to return the item yourself, the shipping cost will be borne by you (unless the item was sent incorrectly or there is a quality issue).
