Shipping Areas
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and parts of Europe. The specific countries/regions eligible for shipping are shown during checkout.
Carriers
We may use carriers such as USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc., to fulfill your order. The actual carrier will be specified in the shipping notification.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods, there may be slight delays, which will be notified via the order page or email.
Return Address
Please contact us at info@bubbento.com to obtain a return authorization and the return address.
Packages returned without prior contact with our returns and exchanges customer service team may not be accepted or processed.
Shipping Fees & Free Shipping
Free shipping is available for orders over $70 within the United States, and for orders over $130 to Canada, Australia, and Europe.
Shipping fees will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method. Whether free shipping applies and the threshold (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout, and it may vary by region.
Customs Duties & Taxes
In some cases, you may need to pay customs duties and import taxes for your order. The amount of customs duties and taxes will vary based on the specific regulations of the shipping address.
Please note that these fees are the responsibility of the recipient according to local customs and tax regulations. If taxes are not shown as included on the checkout page, the customs/import duties are typically borne by the recipient.
Shipping Timeframes
Shipping timeframes depend on the shipping method and destination selected at checkout.
Estimated shipping times are as follows:
United States: 3–7 business days
Canada: 5–10 business days
Australia & Europe: 7–15 business days (as shown at checkout).

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send tracking information via email. You can also visit our Order Tracking page and enter your order number to check the latest order status. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
Damaged and Lost Shipments
If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the goods and provide photos of the damaged packaging and items. We will verify the situation and offer a free replacement or full refund once the damage is confirmed. For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to investigate and provide a resolution. You may need to provide tracking information and relevant communication records as evidence.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. If delivery fails or is returned due to an incorrect address, additional fees or delays may occur.
Exception Handling
If there is a logistics issue (e.g., no updates for a long time, misdelivery, damage), please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number and tracking number. We will assist with investigating with the carrier.
