Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: April 14, 2026 At Bubbento, we understand that plans can change after an order is placed. This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellation requests are handled, when order changes may still be possible, and what happens once an order has entered processing or shipment.
Cancellation Requests Before Shipment
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We may be able to cancel the order if it has not yet entered processing, packing, or shipment preparation.
Because orders may move into fulfillment quickly, submitting a request does not automatically mean the order has been canceled. A cancellation is only confirmed once you receive confirmation from our team.
To help us review your request more efficiently, please include:
- Your order number
- The name on the order
- The email address used at checkout
- A clear request to cancel the order
Orders in Processing
Once an order has entered processing, packing, or shipment preparation, cancellation may no longer be possible.
We will still review your request and do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be stopped once fulfillment activity has begun. This includes situations where the order is being prepared for shipment, awaiting carrier pickup, or already assigned for dispatch.
Order Changes
If you need to update order details, such as the shipping address, contact information, or another order-related detail, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to help before the order has progressed too far, but certain changes may no longer be possible once processing has started. To help avoid delays or delivery issues, please review your order information carefully before completing checkout.
Orders That Have Already Shipped
Once an order has shipped, it generally cannot be canceled.
If you no longer wish to keep the item after shipment, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for further guidance. Any eligible request after delivery will be handled according to the applicable return-related policy and only after the item has been received and reviewed.
Duplicate Orders
If you believe you placed the same order more than once by mistake, please contact us immediately.
We will review the request and, if possible, help cancel the duplicate order before it enters processing or shipment. However, once fulfillment has begun, duplicate orders may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
Refunds for Approved Cancellations
If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that the time required for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider, card issuer, or bank.
Refused Deliveries or Undeliverable Packages
Refusing delivery or failing to receive a shipped package does not count as a confirmed cancellation.
If a package is refused, returned, or cannot be delivered, any further handling will be subject to our review and the applicable policy governing returns, non-delivery, or returned shipments.
Important Notes
- Cancellation requests should be sent as soon as possible after purchase.
- We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing.
- A request is not considered approved unless confirmation has been provided by our team.
- Orders that have already shipped are no longer eligible for standard cancellation.
